You may need the metal insert in order to sublimate these bowls to keep the shape.
3D Vacuum Press/Oven with shrink film
Oven method:
- Set temperature to 185 degrees Celsius.
- Set timer to 8-9 minutes (540 seconds).
- Print a mirror image onto sublimation paper
- Wrap the printed image around the product and secure it with heat transfer tape.
- Shrink the shrink film around the bowl you can try RSMW165-1 (cut on both sides and tape together well then heat shrinks)
- Place tumbler in a convection oven at 185 degrees Celsius for 8-9 minutes.
- When complete remove the bowl from the oven and place an item inside the bowl to hold it’s shape as it’s cooling. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then remove the shrink film and paper.
- Use caution as the item with be very hot.
