How to print and assemble
- Remove the MDF protective cover
- Sublimate your design at 190 deg for 90secs, medium pressure. Cover with silicone paper to protect you substrate from heat or getting dirty when pressing.
- Remove from heat press and wait to cool before the next step.
- Take the stand and slot the printed MDF into the groove and align it while doing this, then insert the veneer walnut cover in front and secure. If you would like to make it more secure we recommend gluing the edges with a strong glue.
- Walla your master piece is now complete
Avoid the heat tape from touching the MDF & print directly as it can cause tape marks. To prevent tape marks on MDF use a protective barrier such as silicone paper (over the design and MDF) to prevent any unnecessary marks.
