Gypsogem Eco Resin Premium – Mixing & Usage Guide
Mix Ratio: 1 part Gypsogem Eco Resin Premium Liquid to 2 parts Gypsogem Eco Resin Premium Powder (by weight). For ever 100g of powder you require 50gms of resin. Pot Life: 15–20 minutes
Demould Time: 45 minutes
Full Cure: 24 hours (fire rating values are measured after 7 days)
Pigment Dose: Maximum 3% of the total combined weight (liquid + powder). In most cases, 2% is more than sufficient for vibrant colour payoff
Important Mixing Note – This powder cannot be mixed with water. It must be combined with our Gypsogem Eco Resin Premium resin, which is specially formulated for this system. Please do not use the resin from our original powder range—this formulation requires its own dedicated resin for proper curing, finish, and performance
