Tag keychains are available in 3mm CAST CLEAR (perfect for sublimation); 2mm extruded (perfect for engraving with Cricut) and 3mm black or white acrylic keychains perfect for approx. 6.9cm by 2.2cm

Acrylic keychains can be customized in a variety of ways. Here are some options:

  • Vinyl decoration: Use adhesive vinyl material to create custom designs, logos, or text. This can be a cost-effective and easy way to personalize.
  • UV stickers: UV stickers are durable and resistant to fading.
  • Sublimation printing, our 3mm is cast acrylic and great for sublimation, best results using our Otto Pro sublimation paper however the look will have a window stained effect as there is no white backing, (follow how to below under descriptions)

Customisation can be achieved through various methods such as vinyl decoration, UV DTF, UV Resin, foil, glitter and paint and sublimation printing (detail how below in description), with the latter providing excellent results on the 3mm cast acrylic when using 125g OTTO PRO sublimation paper.

  • Customising acrylic keychain discs is a creative process that involves updating their design and features periodically. These enhancements can include altering the placement or size of the hole to better suit the design or functionality. While the actual product may differ slightly from the online images, these changes are made with the aim of improving the overall quality and appeal of the keychains.
  • Additionally, these acrylic discs come in SUBLI-ACRYLIC (special white coating at the back) or  SUPER GLOSSY SUBLIMATION MDF adding more variety to the selection.

For keychains we are using 3mm cast and for sublimation best to use a thickness of no less than 3mm. Anything less use adhesive vinyl and or UV Stickers.

NB! Our acrylic comes with protect film on both sides (mirror one), remove before personalising.

  1. Test done 180 deg for 30sec for CAST use 180deg for 180 sec. Extruded is 180 deg for 30sec.
  2. Do not mirror image so the design can be seen from the front (only on clear acrylic)
  3. Lightest to medium pressure.
  4. Immediately remove from heat press, becarefull it is hot.
  5. Then remove the sublimation paper of what you can remove.
  6. Then place under heavy weights for at least 20min so it can go back to shape.
  7. Once cooled and returned to shape then scrub the back with a kitchen sponge, rough side with water to remove what is left of the sub paper.

Any more time spent in the heat press will melt the acrylic and go out of shape and warp.

Note cast acrylic can withstand much more heat and 180 deg for 180 secs works well on this type of plastic and with stands it shape. For sublimation best to use a thickness of no less than 3mm. Anything less use adhesive vinyl and or UV Stickers.
