Ordering Process:

1. Place Your Order: Submit your request, and we’ll reach out via email regarding your file.
2. Image Requirements: Provide high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi) without backgrounds or borders to ensure clarity.
3. File Format: Save the file in PNG format, ensuring the order number is included in the file name.

Additional Information:

• Allow for a 2 to 7 day turnaround time for direct prints, as they are printed according to the order placed. If you order is urgent chat to us to see if we can speed it up.
• If your order is urgently, kindly chat to us via the order notes or send us an email on orders@sasublimationblanks.co.za.
• Once cut and or printed, the items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• For a permeant hold we recommend Acrifix Glue it fuses acrylic together so the bottle can be used on other projects
• We charge R350 per hour for any prep work, so ensure your files meet the above requirements.
