Pressing instructions :

  1. Set your press to 190 degrees celcius and 4 minutes, Pre – heat the rubber polymer pad for 4 minutes.
  2. Stick the print on the one side of the cutting board, place the cutting board under the heated polymer pad, paper showing up. Press for 4 minutes.
  3. When time is up, remove the cutting board/deskpad from the press and remove the paper. Let it cool down completely. You will notice that it is bending slightly at this stage. Place it on a cold surface, like tiles to cool down completely. Wrap the other side with a print. Do not worry about the bending on this step.
  4. Heat rubber pad again. Place the cutting board underneath the pad, paper showing up, press for 4 minuets again.
  5. When done remove the board from the heat press and remove the paper with the print. Place immediately on a cold service with something heavy on top like a big book, so that it forces it flat.
  6. It will be completely flat after it is cooled down underneath the book.
