Once your package arrives, just fill the EcoTank with the sublimation inks and follow the included manual to charge the inks and connect to Wi-Fi. It’s quick, easy, and beginner-friendly.

For expert ICC profile setup, contact Jessica Piper at 082 757 1391. For a small fee, she’ll configure your profile to ensure your colours print perfectly. If you choose to use Jessica’s service, you won’t need to download the ICC profile yourself—she already has it on hand.

NOTE : If any ink other than manufacturer approved ink is used in these printers, the Manufacturer’s warranty is void and the printers cannot be returned. Should repairs or maintenance be required, the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for such services. It is therefore vital that customers are fully acquainted with sublimation and the ramifications of using unapproved inks in the printers.

In order to get the best results for sublimation printing you will need to download the ICC profile (link below) which needs to be used in certain software that supports colour management e.g. Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Affinity Designer (The latter is a once-off purchase and best priced).
