The printer is supplied new and is intended to be converted for sublimation use by filling it with the included sublimation inks from the start.

Easy Setup
Once your package arrives, simply fill the EcoTank with the supplied sublimation inks and follow the Epson setup instructions to charge the ink system and connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
For best results, we recommend installing and using the supplied ICC colour profile when printing.
ICC Colour Profile Assistance
If you would prefer assistance with your colour setup, you can contact Jessica Piper on 082 757 1391.
For a small setup fee, Jessica can assist with configuring the ICC profile correctly for your system. If you use her setup service, there is no need to download the ICC profile beforehand, as she already has the required profile available.
Stock & Lead Time
Please note that we do not always keep the printers in stock on our premises.
Once payment has been received, the usual ETA from our supplier is approximately 2–5 working days before dispatch. If stock needs to be sourced from an alternative warehouse, the lead time may be slightly longer.
Please Note: Printer models may occasionally be updated or replaced by Epson. Where the listed model is unavailable or discontinued, the latest suitable equivalent model may be supplied.
