- Create your design
- Print out on sublimation paper and sublimation ink.
- Place your design on top of the 20oz tumbler box and secure with heat tape, note that it is larger then A3 so you will have to press in sections and best is to align along the seams. If you press is smaller than A3 then you will also have to press in sections.
- Heat your press machine 180 for 80sec firm/medium
- Once the sublimation process is complete, carefully remove the heat transfer paper to reveal your design printed onto the cardboard box. Allow the box to cool before handling it.
- Secure the double sided tape provided onto the appropriate seam and remove the tape layer to expose the adhesive and adhere
You can now use the finished 20oz box for 20oz tumblers as a customized packaging option or gift box for your sublimated tumblers. The vibrant and long-lasting sublimation print will make your box stand out and impress customers or gift recipients.
