For Dedicated plate press & plate attachment :
1. If using 4-in-1 press, use the plate attachment and pre heat to 300.
2.Press at 300 decrees Celsius for 180sec, using high pressure.
3. For dedicated plate press, 170 degrees Celsius, 170 seconds on high pressure.
