Balloon Stuffing Machine – Instruction Guide

Getting Started

Your balloon stuffing machine is made of durable acrylic with two inflation modes and interchangeable lids. Follow these steps for safe and easy operation.

1. Assemble the Machine

  1. Connect the two acrylic hemispheres together to form the balloon chamber.
  2. Choose the correct black plug port:
    • Regular Set: 1 standard port
    • Multi‑Port Set: 5 cm / 7.5 cm / 10 cm
  3. Attach the selected port securely to the top opening.
  4. Insert the inflation tube into the port.

2. Prepare the Balloon

  1. Choose a high‑quality stuffing balloon.
  2. Stretch the balloon neck gently, note you will need to use the wide neck size in order to use the larger balloon lids
  3. Pull the balloon opening over the black plug port until it fits tightly and seals.

3. Inflate the Balloon

  1. Connect the electric air pump to the inflation tube.
  2. Turn on the pump:
    • Use the appropriate mode for slow or fast inflation.
  3. Inflate until the balloon expands fully inside the acrylic chamber.
  4. Stop immediately if the balloon becomes too tight.

4. Begin Filling

  1. Once inflated, the balloon will stay open and stable.
  2. Carefully place items inside the balloon:
    • Plush toys
    • Sweets
    • Confetti
    • Flowers
    • Small gifts
  3. Arrange items neatly using your hands or a filler tool.

5. Seal the Balloon

  1. Turn off the pump and gently remove the balloon from the port.
  2. Hold the balloon neck tightly.
  3. Use a ribbon, clip, or heat sealer to close the balloon securely.
  4. Add decorative bows or accessories if desired.

6. After Use

  • Remove the port and store the pieces.
  • The black lid is detachable to reduce packing size.
  • Clean the acrylic parts with a soft cloth—avoid harsh chemicals.
