Design & Artwork Preparation Fees

Artwork must be supplied in a suitable, print-ready format.

If your artwork requires design work, editing, adjustments, background removal, or file preparation, an additional design fee of R450 per hour will apply.

Artwork Revisions

• Two complimentary artwork revisions are included.
• Any additional revisions beyond the two included changes will be charged at R450 per hour.

Lead Times

Please allow 5–14 working days for order processing, personalisation, and preparation, calculated from receipt of payment and print-ready artwork.

Lead times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary depending on stock availability and artwork requirements.
