3D UV Prints : Direct to 3mm Acrylic Clear Various Circle/Discs 20 to 60cm

We specialise in direct 3D UV printing on clear acrylic, including circular acrylic discs with diameters ranging from 20 to 60 cm, available in thicknesses 3 mm. These acrylic boards can be used to print cake boards—best suited for cake support when using the 5 mm thickness. Additionally, our acrylic boards are perfect for various types of signage, including wedding table seating arrangements, table numbers, invitations, personalized Spotify plaques, family pictures, welcome boards, and other special event décor. Printing can be done on either the front or back of the acrylic, depending on the desired effect.

Choose printing on the front or in reverse for a unique effect that suits your vision. For full-print designs, we recommend printing in reverse to achieve a stunning 3D effect that enhances depth and visual impact. Printing partial designs on the front gives a 3D pop effect, adding an extra layer of dimension to your print.

We offer both hole and no-hole options for your panel—just select your preferred style from the configurations shown in the gallery (available with 2, 3, or 4 holes, either top-mounted or centered). The holes are for the use of standoffs, and size of holes are pre-cut to fit our standoffs for a perfect fit every time. Please note: Standoffs are not included with this product but can be purchased separately via the link to our STANDOFFS collection.

Process:

1. Place your order, we will be in touch via email regarding the file
2. We require high resolution images in no less than 300dpi with no backgrounds and no borders around the page
3. File format PNG to be sent, please save the file with the order number

Note:-

• For any prep work, we charge R350 per hour so make sure what you send is per the above requirements.
• Allow for 2 to 7 day turnaround time for direct prints, they need to be printed as per order placed.
• Once cut or printed the items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Please note: Standoffs are not included with this product but can be purchased separately via the link to our STANDOFFS collection. Holes are pre-cut to fit our standoffs for a perfect fit every time
