Design & Order Process – Acrylic Keychains & Ornaments

Once your order is placed, we’ll be in touch to confirm your design requirements and send you the template for the shape you selected.

Design Guidelines:

• Images must be supplied with a transparent background
• Once you receive the template (which shows the shape and centre alignment), complete your design without moving or altering the template
• Before submitting, hide the template layer and export your design in PDF or PNG format
• Any changes to the template may result in misaligned printing

Turnaround Time:

• Standard production time is 2 to 7 working days, depending on order volume
• Larger orders may require additional time

Design Prep Fees:

• If your artwork requires adjustments, we charge R350 per hour for prep work
• To avoid extra charges, please ensure your files meet the above requirements
