Sublimation printing on PU leather hip flasks involves transferring a design or image onto a special type of transfer paper using sublimation ink. The transfer paper is then placed onto the PU leather surface and heat is applied using a heat press machine. This process causes the ink to sublimate, or turn into a gas, and bond with the molecules of the PU leather, creating a permanent and high-quality print.
After the sublimation process is complete, the design will be seamlessly integrated into the PU leather material, giving the hip flask a professional and durable finish.
