Here are some tips for sublimation printing:

  • Preheat your press to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Press for 80 seconds using medium pressure to ensure even transfer of the design.
  • Pay special attention to raised edges near seams to avoid uneven pressure, which can lead to poor image quality.
  • Place a piece of silicone paper inside the bag to ensure the image does not transfer through
  • Always cover your substrate with silicone paper to protect both the substrate and the heat press from any ink bleed or residue.
