Sublimation Blanks : Metal Insert For Polymer Kids Bowls

R819.99 (incl. VAT)

This metal insert is used in sublimation printing to help maintain the shape of a polymer bowl during the heating process. When exposed to high temperatures in an oven or heat press, polymer materials can warp or deform. The insert acts as a structural support, ensuring the bowl retains its intended shape while allowing for consistent and high-quality printing.

Made from stainless steel, the insert provides reinforcement in areas where additional strength is required, such as mounting points, structural supports, or heat-resistant surfaces.

The insert is seamlessly integrated into the polymer material, ensuring secure bonding while maintaining the bowl’s lightweight and versatile properties.

Using the insert ensures vibrant and precise prints while preventing distortion.

Approx. 11.5cm by 6cm

Please note due to shipping, the metal insert may have minor scratches or slight imperfections that do not affect its functionality.
