Heat Press Instructions for Sublimation Magnet Sheets (A4 & A3)

Step-by-Step Process:

Prep the Press
Place a flat metal sheet on the rubber base of your heat press. Cover it with plain paper to protect the surface.
Position the Magnet
Place the magnet sheet on top of the paper with the white sublimation side facing up.
Apply the Transfer
Lay your printed sublimation transfer face-down onto the white side of the magnet. Secure it with a small piece of heat tape to prevent shifting.
Press
Close the press and apply medium pressure for 180 seconds.

Post-Press Cooling Options:

Option 1 – Quick Flattening
If bubbles appear, immediately place the magnet under a heavy flat object while it’s still warm to help it cool evenly and flatten.
Option 2 – Bubble Prevention
After pressing, switch off the heat press and leave it closed until fully cool before removing the magnet. This method helps prevent bubbling altogether.
