Eco solvent ink does not require an ICC profile however you need to change some settings:-
1. Paper settings – photo matt or Epson matt for HTV and for inkjet/laser stickers and photopaper use photo glossy
2. Print quality – high
3. Go to more options
4. Colour for our printable HTV is best on Epson vivid, on our printable inkjet/laser stickers and photopaper use Adobe Rbg2.2
5. Fast print off
Please note that these are guide steps, so you will need to see what works with your printer. Note fast print must be off otherwise it will print to fast and leave streaks.
When using the high tack transfer tape you will lose some ink once pressed, you will see it on the tape. If you design is not an intricate one rather peal the design off once you have finished weeding, then press without the transfer tape.
Pressing for the HTV:-
Temp : 150-160℃
Sec : 12sec
Cold Peel
Medium Pressure
Please note that these are guide steps, so you will need to see what works with your printer. Note fast print must be off otherwise it will print to fast and leave streaks. If you want to press the print straight away once off the printer, and when using transfer tape, you can lose some colour once heated. If the design is not intricate you can peel the backing off the HTV and place directly onto the substrate and use silicone paper to loose less colour. For minimal colour loss print then leave over night.
Cut settings with Cricut – Premium Vinyl – Textured Metallic, pressure of 160, fine point blade, x1 pass
