HOW TO  DISASEMBLE CLOCK (Note the ones we have in stock are already dissembled, so you can skip this part)

  • Remove the back cover screws
  • Unscrew and take out the clockwork inside
  • Remove the remaining components
  • Make sure to put the tiny screws in a small container so you do not lose them
  • Fix the image to the aluminum sheet

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the heat press to 180℃.
  • Set the timer for 60/80 seconds to ensure proper heat transfer.
  • Apply firm pressure to the press to guarantee even application.
  • Make sure to remove all protective film from the material before pressing.
  • Cover the material with a silicone sheet to protect the substrate and the heat press during the process.
  • Be careful when removing as it will be hot

HOW TO  REASEMBLE THE CLOCK

  • Screw back the clockwork
  • Fix the double sided sticker on the back of the aluminum sheet and secure it to the divided
  • Follow the steps to install the arms, alarm hand then the hour hand then the minute hand then the second hand (watch video above)
  • Place the glass sheet in the housing and secure the 2 parts together
  • Install the back cover and secure with the screws
  • Insert with x1 AA battery, switch on and use the time knob to adjust the hands of the clock
  • Turn the left know to set the alarm
