How to:-
- Set the temperature to 190°C and press for 90 seconds with light to medium pressure.
- Remove the protective film before pressing, being cautious to avoid damaging the coating.
- Cover the substrate with silicone paper to protect it from heat and dirt during pressing.
- Use a few layers of felt underneath the blocks to help distribute even pressure.
- Prevent the heat tape from touching the MDF and print directly to avoid tape marks.
- To further prevent tape marks on MDF, use a protective barrier like silicone paper (over both the design and MDF).
- Note: When finished, the substrate will be hot. Be careful, or use heat-resistant gloves for safety.
