Process:

1. Once the order is placed we will be in touch to provide you with the requirements and send the template or the shape you ordered
2. Images supplied need to be with a transparent background
3. Once template is supplied (shape of the acrylic keychain, where you need to centre the design) and you have finished your design, hide the template and turn in PDF or PNG format.
4. Do not move or make changes to the template otherwise your design will not print where it should
5. Allow for 2 to 7 day turnaround time, they need to be printed as per order placed (depending on quantity we need to print, if large order, turnaround time maybe longer)

For any prep work, we charge R350 per hour so make sure what you send is per the above requirements.
