Paper Storage & Care

- For best results, store your sublimation paper in the same room as your sublimation printer where possible. Changes in temperature and humidity may affect the performance of sublimation paper.
- Store in a clean, dry environment, away from moisture, dust and direct sunlight.
Using with the Epson L11050
This 330mm-wide A3+ sublimation paper roll can also be used with the Epson L11050.
As the L11050 does not have an integrated roll-paper feeder, the paper can be used in a few practical ways:
- Cut the roll to the required length and feed the individual sheet through the printer’s manual/rear paper feeder.
- For longer prints, the roll can be positioned on an external roll holder or wall-mounted roll holder and carefully fed toward the manual feeder.
- Mounting the roll behind or above the printer can help provide better tension and a straighter paper feed, reducing loose paper behind the machine.
- Always make sure the paper feeds freely and evenly without the roll pulling against the printer.
This makes the 100m roll a flexible option if you want to cut your own custom-length sheets instead of being restricted to standard A3+ sheet sizes.
Important: The Epson L11050 does not have a built-in roll-feed function. Any external roll-holder or wall-mounted setup is an independent feeding method and should be positioned so that it does not place unnecessary tension on the printer or paper-feed mechanism.
Which Side Do I Print On?
Print onto the smooth, coated side of the sublimation paper. Before printing, check the paper carefully and make sure the smooth side is facing the print head according to how your printer feeds the paper.
The opposite side may feel slightly more textured or less smooth and is not the intended printing side. For best results, avoid touching the printable surface unnecessarily, as oils or moisture from your hands may affect the print or transfer quality.
