3D UV Printer : Direct Print onto Golf Balls

We offer custom golf ball printing on the most affordable 2-core golf balls, whether new or re-conditioned, depending on availability. These make fantastic corporate gifts, unique additions to golfing days, or personalized presents for a special someone. Printing can be done single- or double-sided, and you can supply your design within our template. If you don’t have time to format your design within the required template, simply send it to us at a minimum of 300 dpi, and we’ll handle the setup. Additional fees will apply based on the selected options.

For a limited time, we’re offering a 20% discount across the board—no matter the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please note that since this discount applies globally, additional discounts will not be applied. Discounts will be automatically calculated in your basket at checkout.

Note the following:-

• Allow for 2 to 7 day turnaround time for direct prints, they need to be printed as per order placed (depending on quantity we need to print, if large order, turnaround time maybe longer).
• Once the order is placed we will be in touch to provide you with the requirements and send the template (if you opted for no design fee)
• You have the option to provide your own golf balls; however, we are not liable for any imperfections (“oppies”), particularly on branded balls. We recommend providing a few extra balls to account for any potential errors otherwise we will gladly replace with our inhouse 2 core ball.
• The image size must not exceed 2cm, as some full designs may extend over the curve and cause a bleed. Avoid overstretching the design to maintain quality and clarity.
• Images supplied need to be with a transparent background and nothing  less than 300dpi and pdf format.
• Once template is supplied (circles that matches our golf ball jig, where you need to centre the design) and you have finished your design, hide the template and turn in PDF or PNG format.
• Do not move or make changes to the template otherwise your design will not print where it should.
• If we handle the design process, you will have three opportunities to request changes after we submit the initial design. Any further modifications beyond these two will incur an additional fee per change.
• Any artwork we need to do, or changes made does incur a cost R350 fee per hour.
