Ordering Process:

1. Place Your Order: Submit your request, and we’ll reach out via email regarding your file.
2. Image Requirements: If you are submitting images you want to use, you will need to provide high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi) without backgrounds or borders to ensure clarity.
3. File Format: Save the file in PNG format

Additional Information:

• Price per magnet, a global discount is provided from 25+ units if the items is not on sale. Discounts calculated on checkout.
• Allow for a 2 to 14 day turnaround time for direct personalised prints, as they are printed according to the order placed. If you order is urgent chat to us to see if we can speed it up.
• We’ll send a mockup of your design for approval before print. You are allowed two (2) changes/amendments of the design and any additional thereafter  we charge R350 per hour for any prep work, so ensure your files meet the above requirements.
