Excellent sublimation results can be achieved on the 3mm cast acrylic when using 125gsm OTTO PRO sublimation paper.

Pressing results may vary depending on your heat press, artwork and sublimation process. Testing is strongly recommended before completing larger orders.

Direct UV Printing Available – We also offer professional direct UV printing onto the frosted acrylic board.

Important Information

• Please allow approximately 2 to 14 working days for direct UV printing, as each item is produced according to the order received.
• This turnaround time allows for busier production periods, machine downtime and times when we may be short-staffed.
• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether an earlier completion date can be accommodated.
• Once the acrylic has been cut or personalised, the items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• The protective film may be lifted or removed from the acrylic lip during production to check that the board fits securely into the stand.
• For a permanent hold, we recommend using Acrifix Acrylic Glue. Acrifix chemically fuses acrylic pieces together, so it should only be used when you do not intend to separate the board from the stand.
• The product may arrive with protective film on the acrylic surfaces. Remove all protective film before decorating, displaying or using the product.
• Slight variations may occur due to manufacturing and laser-cutting tolerances.
