How to Use the Insert:

Prepare the Bowl – Clean the polymer bowl to remove any dust or residue.
Place the Insert – Position the metal insert inside the bowl, ensuring it fits snugly.
Apply the Sublimation Transfer – Secure the sublimation paper with heat-resistant tape.
Heat in the Oven or Press – Follow the recommended temperature and time settings for polymer sublimation.
Cool and Remove – Once the process is complete, allow the bowl to cool before carefully removing the insert.
