CUT SETTINGS

  • Explore Air 2 = Vinyl setting, Pressure 220
  • Maker – Premium vinyl holographic, pressure 180.185

HEAT PRESS METHOD

  1. Mirror your design
  2. Place the HTV on your cutting mat, gloss side down (pretty side facing down)
  3. Adjust your settings according to your cutting machine
  4. Once cut you can weed according to your design
  5. Heat your press up 150deg to 160deg
  6. Prepare you textile onto your heat press
  7. Place the weeded HTV with the pretty side facing up onto your textile. Cover with silicone paper
  8. Press for 8-12sec at medium pressure
  9. Wait for the vinyl to COOL and gently peel off backing after few minutes
  10. Place silicone paper over design and give a final press for about 5 sec
  11.  After project is done wait 48 hours before washing.

IRON METHOD

  1. Don’t use steam method
  2. Disperse the iron’s heat evenly. Be sure to consistently apply pressure so the complete image is fully attached and prevent scorching the paper and cracking the image.
  3. Wait for the vinyl to COOL and gently peel off backing after few minutes
  4. Place silicone paper over design and give a final press for about 5 sec remember to apply consistent pressure
  5.  After project is done wait 48 hours before washing.
