Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl is a great way to add a fun, 3-D look to your favorite projects. It is available in sheet format, 30 by 25cm and we have 15 colours in this range.

Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl is designed for the direct-to-garment application of graphics, text, and designs. It is engineered to withstand the heat of high-temperature garment presses. This vinyl allows you to get a great effect that is hard to get from other methods, and it’s great for making your own tees or decorating t-shirts made from 100% cotton.

Puff heat transfer vinyl is a super soft, matte heat transfer vinyl. Made from 100% polyurethane, it can be applied to any t-shirt or garment using a standard heat press or home iron. Let’s achieve the polished and professional look of a shop-finished graphic with Puff heat transfer vinyl.

Cutting recommendations :-

  • Explore Air 2 = Vinyl/iron on Pressure 230
  • Maker – holographic, pressure 185

Note prior to cutting your main design, always do a test cut to ensure the settings are correct, if not adjust accordingly.

HEAT PRESS METHOD

  1. Mirror your design
  2. Place the HTV on your cutting mat, gloss side down (pretty side facing down)
  3. Adjust your settings according to your cutting machine
  4. Once cut you can weed according to your design
  5. Heat your press up 150deg to 160deg
  6. Prepare you textile onto your heat press
  7. Place the weeded HTV with the pretty side facing up onto your textile. Cover with silicone paper
  8. Press for 15sec at heavy pressure
  9. Wait for the vinyl to COOL and gently peel off backing after few minutes
  10. Place silicone paper over design and give a final press for about 5-10sec
  11.  After project is done wait 48 hours before washing.

IRON METHOD

  1. Don’t use steam method
  2. Disperse the iron’s heat evenly. Be sure to consistently apply pressure so the complete image is fully attached and prevent scorching the paper and cracking the image.
  3. Wait for the vinyl to COOL and gently peel off backing after few minutes
  4. Place silicone paper over design and give a final press for about 5 sec remember to apply consistent pressure
  5.  After project is done wait 48 hours before washing.
