R199.99

20w, 220v with a 2 prong plug to fit our plug source. 42 by 28cm heating pad for epoxy projects, especially in cold weather. You can place a SILICONE MAT ontop of the heating pad to project it form epoxy spills.

A heating pad is used in epoxy projects to regulate and increase the temperature of the epoxy resin and hardener mixture. Epoxy resin cures at a specific temperature range, and using a heating pad helps to accelerate and control the curing process. It ensures that the epoxy cures evenly and eliminates any voids or bubbles that may form during curing. Additionally, the heating pad helps to reduce the viscosity of the epoxy mixture, making it easier to work with and improving the flow and leveling properties.

Do not bend or cut, pierce or staple or immerse in liquid, if dirty wipe down with a damp cloth. Comes packaged in a clear bag.

Can also be used to keep your reptile warm.

The surface temperature of the heating mat or pad equals the room temperature + adjustable temperature (0 to 30 deg C). The higher the temperature the sorter the curing time. For example, if the room is 25 deg C the highest temperature the heating pad can reach 60 deg C.

With a thickness of 3-8mm, heating up for 3 yours and cooling for 30min the hardness of the finished resin can reach 74A and above.

With a thickness of 8-20mm, heating up for 3.5 yours and cooling for 30min the hardness of the finished resin can reach 74A and above.

Note the thickness will affect the thermal conductivity, allow longer time for thicker pieces
